E-Ticketing FAQs
In response to the challenges presented by Covid-19 and our desire to be better stewards of the environment, we have eliminated paper tickets and cash sales at Garden Conservancy events – keeping us in line with best practices for public visitation at cultural organizations across the country.
We are delighted to share improved online accounts and the new e-ticketing system with you. While we recognize that change can be difficult, we believe these improvements will enhance your experience by offering added flexibility to register for Open Days.
We've compiled FAQs below for your convenience and are happy to assist you as we navigate the new system together.
How do I log in? | Already have a website account? Your login and password remain the same. Login now to review your information. If you forgot your password, you can reset your password here. New to our website? If you're a member, click here to enter your email and set a password of your choice. If you're not a member, you can create an account here. |
How do I update my account information? | Follow the login instructions above and select the icon of the person or "Account" to access your account information. As we get this new system online, some of your account information could be outdated. Please update your personal information as needed (click "save changes" at the bottom of each page to save any changes you make). If you need assistance updating your account or believe your membership status is incorrect, please contact us at membership@gardenconservancy.org or call 845.424.6500, M-F, 9-5 ET. |
Where are my complimentary member tickets? | Current and past members can now access their complimentary member tickets as credits for redemption for Open Days garden admissions or virtual programs. Follow the login instructions above and select the "e-Tickets" tab to view your credits. Credits will be automatically applied to Open Days registration or virtual programs when you checkout. |
How do I purchase additional discounted member admissions? | Members no longer need to purchase member ticket books in advance to receive the member discount. After redeeming any complimentary credits in your account, members will automatically receive 50% off the non-member rate! Not a member? Join now! |
Can I pay at the garden? | No. Pre-registration is now required for all Open Days visits. No paper tickets, cash, or checks will be accepted on-site at the gardens. You can pre-register via our schedule page. |
Can I still use my old paper tickets? | No. Unused paper tickets returned to the Garden Conservancy by July 1, 2021, were credited to your online account. |
What if there are no Open Days in my area? | Our online system also allows you to redeem credits for our virtual programs. Check our website for upcoming offerings! |
