This spectacular twelve-acre property with breathtaking views of the mouth of the Sakonnet River, the Norman Bird Sanctuary, and the Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge has a casual, homey feel. The house is surrounded by garden areas with mature beech and linden trees and many statuary, including a large osprey landing on a rock, ravens squawking on a roof, and an owl perched in the ivy.

As you walk through the property, you will move seamlessly from the conifer garden, with winding paths of unusual trees, to the grass and flower meadows, to a large cut flower and vegetable garden, to a sunken perennial garden, and to the grand dame tulip tree (Liriodendron tulipifera). This property is so wonderful that walking through once is not enough.
